Ziggurats
The jewish thought the idea for building a ziggurats was a bad idea. They thought this was a bad idea for talking to the gods. It reminded them of the Tower of Babel. Ziggurats weren't for public use for parties, church, or for praying.
What are Ziggurats?
Ziggurats are a huge structure that has a temple a the top with a peak for their king or god. Ziggurats are not tombs for their kings or anybody. Zigurats start out with a flat platform and build up with mud bricks. How long did they build Ziggurats? Surprisingly the Sumrianians still built their Ziggurats when Egyptians stopped building their pyramids! To bad they aren't building them any more. That would be so cool! Most of the Ziggurats are destoyed because Mespotamia is in the middle of Iraq. Right now 28 of the Ziggurats are in Iraq.
